Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee will be charged based on the service cost, the percentage and timeframe is based of industry standards to respect our stylists time and schedule.
100% fee for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
50% fee for cancellations made less than 72 hours but more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.
